I was buying shoes for about 2 years everything was ok besides getting off shoes and if they wasn't they was too small. Ordered 7 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago Guo Si Lin sent me message asking when do I send payment finally I sent payment through money gram 2 days later he sends me tracking number week after I go to post office only to pick up small package containing one pair of nike socks I send him messages after messages he don't reply but I see him online on tradetang.com every day and night scammed me for $455 usd beware of chinawholesale08@***.com he is a scammer and so is that tradetang.com site this is there game to be nice at first then scam you for your money not ever again will I order anything from china.

Good company, products, service. have been doing business with Trade Tang, for over 2 years, will come back as many time as needed. My email is lonebrave@***.com I have been doing business with them for the last 2 years and they are a little slow in shipping time, but the products are good, the people I deal with are nice and I have been happy with the company. You have people from another country and if you send them a threat in a email or phone call, they may deal with you a great deal diffrent than a company in the USA, so be nice and you will get better customer service.

These *** scammed me, I purchased a guitar & got screwed by one seller & they let me pick a new one then the new one gives me fake tracking number & hardly responds & when he does its just "not worry friend". Because all the guitars they were selling were seized they think if they give Americans fake tracking numbers that we will just assume that the guitar was seized well we are NOT ***, obviously they never even ship now because of the seizure risk BUT they still want your cash & they will take it, this has happened to about 120 people in the past couple months. Fortunately my bank got my money back & today months later I get a message saying, "I send you proof of ship friend, you want I send again?" that's *** don't even talk to these people, they have there heads shoved so far up there *** ***! *** them! Its all a big scam!

Ordered a pair of trainers through Tradetang, the item never arrived. Tradetang unwilling to help me. It seems as if they don't believe that I didn't receive my order. Then I was not allowed to leave feedback on their site regarding my order (like ebay). Be very careful ordering through Tradetang, since my order went missing I have dug a little deeper into the company and I can see a lot of customers are left unhappy with the quality of the goods they receive and then you are left with the unwanted item as they want you to pay to return it which in most cases will cost more than the item you have received.

I ordered a item (fortunately that wasn't too expensive) I waited and waited and it didn't arrive, so I opened a dispute and they made me wait 3months to see if it arrived! They then said that they couldn't give me a refund as the site can't process refunds!?? Also the seller won't contact me but tradetang kindly informed me that he was refusing to send me another item. I have been back and forth with tradetangs customer service for months but it seems I shall not be getting my money back. My advice: AVOID AVOID AVOID!! DHgate is brilliant to use instead!!

I am sooo mad i order pair of shoes like a month ago in tradetang and i still havent reseve anything i dont know where to call or sent a mail so i can get my money back i paid $42.00 please help mei dont know what to dooo i just want my money back..sooo please people dont buy anything from this company they will still your money and your never gonna resive anything in the mail... We purchased from a supplier on tradetang 220 SD Cards at a cost of 1759 usd, they arrived they looked ok we put the card in a phone it showed 32gb we thought everything was fine so we confirmed with Tradetang receipt. All was fine until one of our customers had problems saving to the card, we then found a program we could check the capacity we found that they were only 1gb. We have been sending messages to the supplier who advised us to send the products back to China which we did at our own expense, he has had the products since the 27th October and now totally ignores any messages that I send him, Tradetang won't help as they have said it is my problem as I confirmed receipt of the products. Everyday I send a message to the supplier and Tradetang asking for a refund and I am now at my wits end as to what to do now.

Don't purchase from Tradetang.com!!!! I went through their hoops to get a refund and when I got the product returned the Customer Service told me that their "refund machine" was broken!!!

Can you believe that?

Besides that, they deleted the amount of my order on their site so I had no record, made it so that I couldn't leave feedback on their supplier: Wholesaller88, (they flood their suppliers with fake reviews by the way) and have stolen my money. Don't trust them at all.

TRADETANG SINOIDEAS On-Line Shopping Fraud

my wife bought and paid 126,44 usd for a cell phone that doesnÂ't, even, accept the pin code. First, it was paid (paypal) at 17.8.2011 (item shipped / tracked through ems) second, it was shipped at 22.8.2011 third, received at 30.8.2011 two weeks payment to delivery !!!!! despite all that, (i use to do on-line shopping, and i decided to take over and help her), i was really patient, when i received the phone, it had severe software problems, not cablibrated (impossible to tap the sim code), dual sim, not working, etc, etc according to trade tang instructions, i opened a dispute, in order to prevent the seller to be paid, and i contacted the seller directly in no more than 30 minutes, we had an exchange of emails based on his statement: "if you donÂ't close the dispute i won t help you and you will take more than 50 days to solve it" (all these emails were sent, also to trade tang customer support) of course, closing the dispute was very risky (in the meantime, the seller would be paid...), so i escalated it to trade tang. Now trade tang is asking me proof of what i stated from the very beginning. I sent them a video, but i don t have any expectations at all ; i really don t think iÂ'm ever going to be refunded. whatÂ's really "funny" is that the seller doesnÂ't comply with "platform rules", and more, according to his own words "do whatever you want, i don t care", and, so far, trade tang doesnÂ't care also !!! tried, and contacted my billy wu, the ceo of www.sinoideas.com .... DoesnÂ't care also ; nobody really cares, in fact i was following my wife on line purchase, because i own a it company, and was really interested in expanding business ; no more !!! well be warned that we all know that buying on-line is a lottery, sometimes, but in chinese on-line shops is a real fraud ; donÂ't expect any support, guarantee ; even from paypal (with ebay, for instances, paypal cares about) a similar email was posted in chinese foruns ; next day i was blocked in everyone of them (of couse i could invent another email, changing ipo address, but they really don t want to hear about who is spreading similar news) take care, i didnÂ't.... Tradetang.com (China) - Bad sellers!

Don't ever buy from this site, Tradetang.com! Sellers on this e-commerce site do not know how to do business. They still carry a mentality from the 1980's. The issue is you order something and they send you something else. The correct thing is the seller do not have the item in stock, then the simple way is to issue a refund. What the seller do is to send you something else different. This happened to me with two different sellers. Because I paid with paypal, I was able to get my money back. However, I have to incur in the shipping cost to send the merchandise back. Save your time and money! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Tang of East West Dental did not know what to do????????? Sought treatment and he "did not know what to do". What the heck? Did he go to Dental School and Pass??????? Only in Arizona. How do these dangerous unknowledgeable dentists get a license? Does anybody check to qualify these guys???? FIND ANOTHER DENTIST, this one is scary. Do not count on the Dental Board of Arizona to be any help if you have a problem with a dentist. The AZ dental board is for the benefit of the dentists, they DO NOT help the public, LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

I bought a bass from a trusted seller of Trade Tang. After receiving it the sent a bass that looked similar to the bass I wanted but the electronics , brand, quality all different. I disputed this but their dispute department was no help, they said since it looked like a bass that was good enough, now I'm stuck with a bass that is not worth what I paid. Trade tang is a scam don't buy from them. The bass I wanted had active electronics, made of different materials, better quality components, and the best that trade tang would do is refund 50 dollars. I wanted them to pay for the shipping back and a full refund they said no because it looked like the bass I wanted even though it was a totally different inferior make they sent. It would be like buying a lexus and getting a yugo, big difference, all I can say is buyer beware.

I bought a copy of thier iphone 4 but on delivery i recieved a iphone 3gs. not only that i had a dent on the screen an could not access the internet on the phone. before i bought the phone seller confirmed with me that the phone would work just like the original but would only have 8gb on the phone. after that i contacted the seller to discuss my disaapointment and point out the damages which i had on delivery, which he replied "thats what you payed for. you cant expect to have such good quality for the price i payed for the phone" rude or what you tell me. this is a warning to everyone. do not buy from them. there are a cheat, liar, and scam organisation.

I ordered one cell phone and cancelled the order.

I then reorder it,and they charged my account twice for one item only.

I've sent them e-mails on their customer service site,but have not received any response from them.

I'm not sure to contact them via telephone for the call could be more expensive than the item i odered.

From my shopping experiance with TradeTang,i would recomend not to take risk with this company.

I am disgusted by the behaviour of Tradetang and the sellers they support, I spent almost Â£400 on goods from them (1) MP4 player was no more than a memory stick. I sent it back early January, no refund and no help from Tradetang. (2) 2 phones recieved Jan 23rd, one stopped charging after a week, sent numerous messages to seller and Tradetang's help contact just kept telling me to contact seller!!! 2nd phone not recieving calls, still same S--- different day. The sellers I bought from were on the trusted sellers list, check these guy's out. MP4 "Kina" and phones "Sinye" it's a joke! I might as well have donated my money to the Tradetang fund, never mind Hiati or any other Country that needs help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TradeTang.com is a company based in China. It is a Business that combines many product provides. The person I bought from was Soldier on his site. The phone I bought was suppose to have an extra battery, and a free 250 mb sim come with it. Was not with the product. The phone came in Chinese so I had to have a Chinese person program it for me. The headphones fell apart the first time I plugged them in. My sim card with T mobile would not work after I was told it would without a doubt. He simply told me to go to another phone company. The charger has now stopped working. Last but not least you file a dispute you have 10 days to settle. that never happens you loose your money.
